Andy Davison, CEO and Founder
Andy Davison is the founder and CEO of TEG. He started the company in 1996
with The Expat magazine. He has expanded TEG into the leading multi-channel
media company for reaching the international community.
The local and foreign media regularly interview Andy to gain insight about
foreigners’ views on Malaysian issues. He is a well recognised authority on
the Malaysia My Second Home programme, managing an MM2H agency, speaking and
promoting the programme internationally, and providing input to the
government about it.
Prior to The Expat Group, Andy spent 25 years working around the world for
American Express. He was General Manager of American Express’s Malaysian
operations and also headed an Asia Pacific division. |

Marybeth Ramey, Consultant Director
Marybeth Ramey joined TEG in 2000. She has played a lead role in developing the editorial content for TEG’s publications and developing new business. She has also served as TEG’s Group Editor.
An American academic, she has been on local university faculties teaching in the Social Sciences and Humanities. She's an award winning writer, and she has won accolades from Malaysia's National Art Gallery among other organisations for her advocacy of local artists. She has lived in Malaysia for 12 years and is the mother of two adult children. |

Timothy McVey, Media Director
Timothy is TEG’s Media Director. For over 25 years, he has been providing corporate communication counsel to clients in the United Kingdom.
Timothy has extensive media experience with the world's best known brands across multiple industry sectors. He has developed successful multimedia marketing and advertising campaigns for a wide range of high profile companies, including IBM, Microsoft, British Telecom, State Government of Pennsylvania, Her Majesty’s Government Ministry of Defense, the Bank of England, MasterCard, Jaguar and Porsche Cars. |

Poh Lian Khoo, Senior Manager Finance
Poh Lian joined TEG as an accountant in the late 1990s. She has managed the company’s accounting activities, financial controls and payroll.
Before joining TEG, she worked for four years in a public accounting practice in the United Kingdom |

Bill Cooper, Sales Director
Bill joined TEG in 2008. He has lead roles in generating new business development and forging strategic parternships.
Prior to TEG, he spent 16 years in the United States, primarily working in business development for Proctor and Gamble. He later took positions as a Commercial Director for Football in the UK and as a contract hire for Tourism Malaysia. |

Rusli Arshad, IT Director
Rusli Arshad serves as the IT Director for TEG. He has been working in the Information Technology, Telecommunication and Digital Media field for over twenty years. During this time, he has held a number of lead positions working as the Webmaster, information Systems Manager, digital media consultant, a Software/System Engineer and as a Freelance Trainer.
He brings in-depth experience, technical skills and management capabilities to his current position where he supports the administration and management operations. |

Nick Davison, Director
Nick joined TEG in 2009. He has contributed to a wide range of TEG’s product and function teams. He played a key role in expanding TEG’s operations into Singapore and is now coordinating the strategy to develop TEG’s digital products.
Previously Nick had work experience as an analyst in investment banking and a hedge fund in the United States, which included researching and analyzing the American media industry. He graduated from DePauw University in Indiana with Honours. |
